I'm so psyched! I ran today and I'm guessing it's the combo of the new shoes and the massage, but I felt NO PAIN!
I hit the River Trail and instead of hanging out on the North Little Rock side like I normally do, I ran over the Big Dam Bridge to the Little Rock side for a few miles and back again. I only took walk breaks every 15 minutes and still managed to be fast (for me) doing 11:30 miles! I can't wait for my 10K this weekend - we'll see if I can manage a 12 minute or better pace and not aggravate anything. Woo Hoo!!!
